THIS IS MY STORY

My interest in health and wellbeing started with nutrition and I read a book by Dr Barry Sears called the Anti Inflammation Zone and Enter the Zone.

It got me thinking about how we really are what we eat and how food can be almost like medicine. Reducing inflammation, reducing body fat and improving energy and life longevity. 

Since developing my knowledge in Food and nutrition I've also used various training methods to help on the journey of a healthy lifestyle. I'm making training more effective and enjoyable for my clients. They are all learning more about their own body and being more attuned to their own needs.

I’ve been simplifying the process for my clients to live a healthier lifestyle. To help them think differently and be aware about the choices they’re making. They have complete control  and so can you, you just don’t know it yet!
